What this site is
This site describes what we do and gives you a way to get in touch. It is information about our work, not an offer to contract, and nothing on it is a commitment to provide any particular service on any particular terms.

Using the site
Use the site lawfully and leave it working for everyone else. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to anything connected to it, do not probe it for weaknesses except as described on our Security page, do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it, and do not use it to send anything unlawful, deceptive or malicious.

You are responsible for what you put in an enquiry. Do not send us confidential information through this website — a web form is not a confidential channel, and we cannot treat it as one. If you need to share something sensitive, ask us and we will arrange a proper route.
If you send us an idea, a suggestion or feedback about our work, we may use it without owing you anything for it. That is not us claiming your intellectual property; it is us being clear that unsolicited suggestions do not create an obligation.

The text, design, graphics, code and branding on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law.

Where we link to somewhere else, we do not control it and we are not responsible for it. Following an external link is your decision.
